|What are the age requirements in order to make a reservation?|
You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to make a room reservation.
|Is a deposit required for reservations?|
Yes. A deposit of 1 night stay plus tax is required at the time of booking.
|What is the cancellation policy?|
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to date of arrival will forfeit the entire amount of the deposit.

We accept all major credit cards. (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express)
|Is your facility pet friendly?|
Only service animals are allowed in the hotel. Contact guest services for pet friendly options or local kennel facilities.

The pool is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (CST).
|Are towels provided for guests in the pool area?|
Yes, Santa's Lodge provides towels for our hotel guests only. You may wish to bring a beach towel or coverup as we ask that pool towels remain in the pool area.
|Are gift certificates available for purchase?|
Yes, Santa's Lodge & St. Nick's Restaurant offer gift certificates. Please contact guest services for more information.
|Can gift certificate expiration dates be extended?|
We do not extend the expiration date of gift certificates for Santa's Lodge or St. Nick's Restaurant.
