What are the age requirements in order to make a reservation?

You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to make a room reservation.

 
Is a deposit required for reservations?

Yes.  A deposit of 1 night stay plus tax is required at the time of booking.

 
What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to date of arrival will forfeit the entire amount of the deposit.

 
What credit cards will be accepted?

We accept all major credit cards. (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, & American Express)

 
Is your facility pet friendly?

Only service animals are allowed in the hotel.  Contact guest services for pet friendly options or local kennel facilities.

 
Are handicap accessible rooms available?

We offer handicap accessible rooms on the lobby level.  Please contact guest services for more information.

Santa Claus is located in the Central time zone.

 
What time is check-in?

Check-in time begins at 3:00 p.m. (CST).

 
What time is check-out?

Check-out time is at 11:00 a.m. (CST).

 
What are the hours of operation for the indoor & outdoor pool?

The pool is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (CST).

 
Are towels provided for guests in the pool area?

Yes, Santa's Lodge provides towels for our hotel guests only.  You may wish to bring a beach towel or coverup as we ask that pool towels remain in the pool area.

 
Are gift certificates available for purchase?

Yes, Santa's Lodge & St. Nick's Restaurant offer gift certificates.  Please contact guest services for more information.

 
Can gift certificate expiration dates be extended?

We do not extend the expiration date of gift certificates for Santa's Lodge or St. Nick's Restaurant.
